Subscription Terms and Conditions

Our air filter ordering and shipment subscription service (the “Service”) is designed to give you peace of mind and one less thing to worry about in your busy life. We hope that you will find the following terms and conditions of the Service clear, concise and easy to understand.

 

Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") for the Service constitute the entire agreement between you and On Time at Home LLC (“OTAF” or “Us”) and, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy that govern the use of our Web site, govern our respective rights and obligations. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the OTAF Web site, all of which, as modified from time-to-time, are hereby incorporated into these Terms. If you place an order for the Service, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. If your order includes nonstandard filter sizes, you are subject to the Additional Terms and Conditions for Nonstandard Filter Sizes below. Please read these Terms carefully.

 

Service Description

Your first air filter shipment, in the quantity, quality and size specified when you place your order, will be processed when you sign up. We will charge your credit card for the current price of the air filters ordered plus sales tax where applicable. Credit cards and PayPal payments are the only payment method we accept. If you have an OTAF gift certificate, OTAF gift card or an eligible promotional code, we will apply these to your order before charging the remaining balance to your credit card.

Air filter shipment subscriptions are available in one-month, two-month three-month, and four-month intervals which you specify when placing your order. We will schedule automatic shipments of air filters in the quantity, quality and size specific in your order based on the frequency you select. You may change the shipment frequency, air filter quantity, size and quality, shipping address, payment method, and billing address associated with your subscription at any time online by accessing your “My Account” settings, by emailing us at info@ontimeairfilters.com, or by calling us at 800-247-0566. Updates will be applied to all future shipments associated with the subscription.

All orders placed through the service will be shipped using a shipment method selected by us. Shipping upgrades are not permitted. Upon placing your order and prior to each subsequent shipping date, you will receive an email to the email address you provided while placing your order (or later updated in your “My Account” personal profile) notifying you of the estimated delivery range for that shipment. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time.

You may cancel your subscription any time online by logging in and accessing your “My Account”. You will only be charged for orders that have actually shipped.

 

Conditions

We reserve the right to accept or refuse subscription orders in our sole discretion. Your subscription may not be assigned or transferred by you to another person, third party or OTAF account.

If any problems arise with the shipping address or payment method associated with your subscription order, we will notify you via e-mail to the address in your “My Account” personal profile asking that you resolve the problem. Until you have correct the problems, your subscription will be placed on hold and no further shipments will be processed.

If one or more air filters is no longer available, we will email you of this issue and automatically suspend your subscription for each affected air filter. If any suitable replacement filter exists, you will notify you by email prior to shipment.

If we are not able to send any air filter shipment because of a problem with your OTAF account, including billing problems, we will notify you by e-mail using the e-mail address provided when you placed your order (or later updated in your “My Account” personal profile). Until you have correct the problem, your subscription will be placed on hold and no further shipments will be processed.

 

Fees; Renewal

The total cost charged to your credit card for the Service will be the cost of the air filter on the day the order is processed, plus any applicable sales tax. The price per shipment will be clearly stated in your cart and visible in your “My Account” area.

The charge for each shipment will be billed to the credit card or PayPal account used to create your order and your account. If the payment method becomes invalid at any time during the subscription period or if the charge is otherwise rejected, we will notify you by e-mail using the e-mail address in your “My Account” personal profile. Your subscription will remain on hold until the payment information is updated.

Your subscription will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription. We also offer a prepaid subscription option for a period of 12 months or one year from the date of your order. If you choose to select the prepayment option, you will receive air filter shipments from us on the frequency you’ve requested for a period of 12 months. Once the prepaid subscription has expired, we will notify you by email. You may elect to prepay for an additional period at the then applicable prepaid subscription rate. If you do not elect the prepayment option, we will automatically process shipments to you based on the order frequency you previously selected and we will charge your credit card for each such shipment at the then applicable rates plus any applicable sales taxes.

 

Additional Terms and Conditions for Nonstandard Filter Sizes

Nonstandard filter sizes are available based on your specific requirements. Nonstandard filters are custom-produced to specific dimensions provided by you. We require that all shipment subscriptions that include one or more nonstandard filter size be prepaid in advance for a minimum period of one year. Prepaid shipment subscriptions that include one or more nonstandard filter size are not eligible for refund due to incorrect dimensions provided to us. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully measure and re-measure custom sized filters before placing your order.

 

Agreement Changes

We may in our discretion change these Terms, the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy without notice to you.

 

Termination by Us

We may terminate your subscription at our sole discretion without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.
